This year, Provincetown’s Halloween celebrations overlap with Spooky Bear Weekend, which includes themed parties, shows, and a farewell brunch.

10/27 – 10/29

It’s time to come out of hibernation.

Overview:

In collaboration with Northeast Ursamen, Provincetown hosts Spooky Bear every year around Halloween to celebrate bear-themed costumes of all kinds.

The bears are back this year with a monstrous medley of parties, dances, a haunted house, a costume ball, and more. This year, Spooky Bear will be donating a portion of the proceeds to the Body Dysmorphic Disorder Foundation and the Soup Kitchen in Provincetown (SKIP).

Stop by Hennep on Commercial St. in P-Town to get some bare necessities before the celebrations begin.

Highlights:

  • Kick-off Halloweekend in P-Town with the world-famous tea dance, costume parties, balls, and more
  • Shop dozens of local vendors and artists at the Bear Marketplace and support two amazing causes in the process
