There’s nothing quite like an iced latte on a hot summer afternoon with the toasty undertones of s’mores! And with how easy it is to make at home, you can stop spending money on overpriced lattes at cafes. They taste a lot better, too!

Made with Good Feels’ Toasted Mellow syrup, this is a cannabis-infused syrup that’s easy to add to a plethora of snacks and beverages, and the latte itself is delicious, refreshing, and requires only a handful of ingredients.

How to make cannabis-infused food and drinks

Cannabis-infused food products or edibles are an old-school stoner-favorite for a fun, discreet, or strong experience, and there are quite a few ways to make cannabis-infused food and drinks. The first method is to infuse crushed cannabis into butter or oil. After a few hours of infusion, your cannabutter/cannaoil is ready to be included in your recipe of choice.

The second way would be to make a cannabis tincture. Tinctures are cannabis extracts in liquid form, meant to be consumed sublingually (absorbed under the tongue). Usually infused in coconut oil or alcohol, tinctures are great for people who want fast-acting cannabis infusions that are discreet and potent.

While these methods are great for making an infused cannabis at home, our Infused Toasted S’mores Iced Latte recipe uses Good Feels’ Toasted Mellow syrup that you can find on the Hennep menu. The syrup is made from flavored gummies already infused with cannabis, and with its sumptuous taste and accurate marshmallow flavor, it tastes like s’mores freshly toasted in a campfire!

With over 500mg of THC in an ounce, every 0.3ml of this syrup has 5mg of THC, making it a great addition for our infused latte.

Infused Toasted S’mores Iced Latte Recipe

Cook time – 15 minutes

Prep time – 30-60 minutes

Ingredients

• Good Feels’ Toasted Mellow Cannabis Infused Syrup
• 2 tbsp melted chocolate of choice
• One shot of espresso (or other preferred coffee)
• 150ml Milk of choice
• Condensed milk
• Ice cubes
• S’mores

Instructions

1. Take a glass and drizzle the melted chocolate into it and on the rim
2. Next, add the toasted marshmallow syrup. Since 0.3ml is 5mg of THC, we can go for 0.6ml, which is 10mg. This is a moderate dose for occasional tokers, so dose accordingly. Beginners should start with a lower dose.
3. Add 11/2 tbsp of condensed milk. This can be optional based on your preferences. The condensed milk adds more sugar, flavor, and thickness to the latte.
4. Add a shot of espresso to the glass (or instant coffee) and stir everything until it’s homogeneous
5. Now add the ice cubes and pour the milk
6. Add some s’mores to the top. You can also crush up some graham crackers and add them to the chocolate rim for a more authentic s’more taste

This cannabis infused toasted s’mores iced latte is great to have after lunch, before getting back to work, or before a workout!
